Labor day weekend officially marks the last weekend of summer.
I don't think that's technically correct, but I am SO going with it.

This summer has been one for the books in good ways and not so good ways.
But I am in love with Fall. As I may have said on every post this summer.
I am sorry, guys.
First of all, our little sidekick turned 3 this week.
Hard to believe it has been 3 years since his dad bred Lila's mom [tmi?], and we got to take her home.
Fun Fact: We weren't supposed to get her that day [top right picture], but I couldn't leave her.
We didn't have anything we needed for her to come home.
So, with her 7 week old puppy self in my arms, we headed to Petco.
Where she proceeded to throw up all down the back of my shirt in the middle of the food isle.
And the rest is history.
Lately it seems like everyone is asking us when we are having children.
My usual response: Let us be married for at least a year before we talk about that.
While I firmly believe its no one's business, I am pretty open about the fact we want to wait a few years. But hey, if it happens, it happens... Praise the Lord.
Although seeing Pat play with my sweet cousin this week has just melted my heart.
I will just borrow him until we're "ready. "
We went to the Titans game last night. Five rows back from the end-zone [coolest seats ever], and it rains the entire time.
At first, it was hilarious.
Then as you felt like Forrest Gump for 25 minutes, it got old!!
I have so enjoyed spending time with my Uncle this week.
I may just hold him down when it comes time for him to leave tomorrow.
I could take him. Don't ya think!?
Since we nixed our anniversary trip, I may or may not hit up some Labor Day Sales this weekend.

Last but not least, I told you all last week that I bought some new shampoo/conditioner/after spray.
Well. It is like Heaven on Earth.
It is pricey, but for me, it was worth it.

This stuff is the JAM.
I've never found a product that actually smooths my hair.

It smells so good, and doesn't weigh your hair down.
Normally my hair frizzes and doesn't stay straight as soon as I step outside,
Not with this stuff, it stays so smooth!
